Once a Sinfonian, Always a Sinfonian

We're a group of alumni Sinfonians - brothers of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia Fraternity in the Alabama counties of Calhoun, Etowah, Cherokee, Cleburne, Randolph, Clay & Talladega.- coming together for music, fellowship and fraternity. Live nearby? Join us!

Spring 2014 gatherings

Our next meeting will be Saturday, Feb. 1 at 6 p.m. We'll meet at Cheaha Brewing Company, 1208 Walnut Ave., Anniston, AL 36201. Please plan to join us. If you've not been to one of our gatherings before, why not make this your first?

If you can't make it, you can at least plan to join us at one of our upcoming meetings. We've mapped out the schedule for the next several months, and we'll alternate between Calhoun and Etowah counties to make it easy for as many brothers as possible to attend.

National event coming South

That national event mentioned above, is a Sinfonia Fireside Conference at the University of Georgia. Fireside is a sort of mini-convention that moves from site to site around the country.

The event will take place April 4-6 at UGA, with educational sessions on fraternity history and ideals and a banquet Saturday night. On Sunday, jazz saxophonist and Sinfonian Branford Marsalis is scheduled to perform at the UGA Performing Arts Center.

Go ahead and clear your calendar for that weekend now and plan to travel with us.
